The journey to become a fitness coach began in the summer of 1999 when I experienced my first knee injury durring a soccer scrimmage. Later on this would result in my first knee surgery that left me with two steel pins in my right knee. Two years later, unfortunately, I experienced the same type of injury and needed the same type of surgery on my left knee. This left me unable to wrestle in high school, so I moved to the sport of judo. My coach at the time had a suggestion on how to lighten up my feet. Ballet was the suggestion and I devolped quite a passion for it.

Never reaching to exactly expert level in ballet, I still was able to move much better than doctors would ever thought after my two knee injuries/surgeries. Going through recovery inspiered me to want to help other obtain there fitness goals regardless of what limitation or obsacles they may have. Even turning crazy times… Into Wiley times.
